Why A Coach?

If you haven't been divorced before (or sometimes even if you have) it is difficult to deal with all of the feelings and emotions that surround the process of divorce, often friends will disappear because they are not sure which one of you that they are supposed to be friends with.  Your social network can disappear and families can also suffer from the impact of the massive fracture within the family structure that divorce causes.  Even if your friends don't disappear they will often just tell you what they think that you want to hear.  A coach will take you through all of the options available to you and may help you to consider things that you had never even thought of

What will Coaching Do?

Coaching will help you to work through the areas of your life that you want to adapt and develop, helping you to rebuild your confidence and  self esteem and set goals to work towards to allow you to build the future that you really want.

Coaching sessions can take place either face to face (depending on locality) sessions last for 50 minutes, pre-booking six sessions costs just £580.00 with a 20% discount off the normal price (£696.00).  The Divorce Coach will come and work with you at home. (North West and North Wales only)

Specialist Divorce Coaching can also take place by telephone, pre-booking six 50 minute sessions will cost just £150.00, that is just £25.00 per session
