LifeLinx Elite

1. Although LifeLinx uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that introductions to members fall within the category of persons specified by them on their application form it will not accept responsibility if, through no fault of its own, any such person introduced does not fall within such category nor will it accept any responsibility for any occurrence as a consequence of any meeting with or relationship formed with any such person as a result of such introduction.

2. All information supplied to LifeLinx by its members will be treated in the strictest of confidence, is subject to the Data Protection Act and will not be divulged except for the purpose of providing introductions to such members.
   All members warrant the accuracy of all information supplied by them to LifeLinx which accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any such inaccuracies howsoever arising.

3. The member warrants that they know not of any medical or physical reason why they should not form a conventional physical relationship  unless such impediment has been declared to the company in advance. The right to accept or refuse membership to anyone is at the sole discretion of the company.

4. LifeLinx reserves the right to give the member's name to other members seeking introductions unless and until it is notified by that member in writing that they no longer wish their name to be given out or they have so indicated on their application form.

5. LifeLinx membership is age restricted to 29 years old and above

6. LifeLinx reserves the right to withdraw membership from any person at its sole discretion and in that event the unexpired proportion of the membership fee paid will be refunded in full. Save as aforesaid no refunds will be made unless otherwise provided for by LifeLinx in its brochures or other promotional literature from time to time.

7. Membership is paid annually and is currently £299.00. 

8. Membership includes three therapeutic relationship development interventions termed as The Gabriel Method, further sessions if required are charged at £89.00 per session. 

9. Membership includes invitations to social gatherings where an appropriate charge will be levied. 

10. Membership includes introductions to suitably matched individuals over the lifetime of the membership.  LifeLinx makes no guarantees that a permanent long term partner will be found.

11. The contract between LifeLinx and the member is only made when the member's application form is accepted by LifeLinx at its registered office at 76 Long Lane, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 8PX
