The most important relationship that we will ever have in our lives is the relationship that we have with our self.  If we are truly honest knowing ourselves can be difficult and even painful, and once we have really gotten to know ourselves we can understand

Understanding and getting to know ourselves is the key to excellent relationships with our partners, friends and lovers

The fundamentals of getting to know ourselves can be covered in just three coaching sessions, after that we can choose to take the coaching further or take away what we have learned and put it into immediate practice with our significant others.
